Booking Terms & Conditions

For each space/booking, a deposit is required. This is clearly specified before payment and is the amount paid to secure the reservation.

Your deposit is 100% non-refundable.

Name changes are permitted on space/booking deposits at any time.

You may change a reservation to a new space, time, or date, with your deposit fully transferred, up to 24 hours before your booking. Your deposit is fully transferable in this instance, but please note that moving to a new date or time is subject to availability. The per-space price for the new check-in date and time you are transferring to may differ from the original booking. Any price difference will be clearly communicated before the reservation is changed.

A “no-show” is defined as a person, group, or someone acting on behalf of a group who has paid a deposit but does not arrive by the scheduled booking time and does not notify us by phone, using the number associated with the booking, before that time to request a transfer to a new date or time. In the event of a no-show, the deposit is forfeited, is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to a new date or booking time.

Under state and federal law, all participants must be 18 years of age or older. A valid ID showing name, photograph, and date of birth must be presented for each jumper at check-in.

The maximum weight limit is 230 lbs. However, for participants weighing between 200 and 230 lbs, an additional charge of $50 applies. This is payable at check-in. Deposits will not be refunded for passengers over the maximum weight limit.

Skydiving is, in the final analysis, a weather-dependent sport. Please be advised that check-in time is not always the same as boarding time, and on rare occasions delays may occur or a reschedule may be offered. In the event of a reschedule, 100% of your deposit will be transferred to the new date and time and will remain subject to the previous terms and conditions.
